By playing games at The Puzzle Yard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Using the game

• Daily Squares is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other players.
• Do not reverse engineer the puzzle generator to republish our grids or word lists as your own product.

Intellectual property

The Puzzle Yard name, design, puzzle generation and site content belong to us. You may share screenshots and scores freely; wholesale copying of the site or its puzzles is not permitted.

Availability

We aim to publish a new puzzle every day, but the service is offered “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be removed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site.
